Welcome to the home page of JOKOBATIK. Geographically JOKOBATIK is located in Yogyakarta district (Jogja) on the Indonesian island of Java. The man behind the name is batik artist and designer Joko Sudadiyo. Joko started as a batik artist in 1986 and is one of the most experienced and well known artists i Jogja. His works have many expressions both traditional and modern.

Joko carries out his daily work as an artist in his atelier in Juruk RT05 in the village Sewon in Jogja DIY. Here he is happy to welcome guests who want to buy batik art or learn more about the processes of wax painting and colouring involved in the art of batik.
